This shampoo does a great job at cleansing the hair without stripping it, at all. A lot of moisturizing shampoos claim to be hydrating yet still leave my hair stripped and brittle. Not this shampoo. I’m able to detangle my hair before going in with conditioner which shaves a decent amount of time from my wash day. I highly recommend this product & will be trying more items from Kinky Tresses!

I only have good things to say about this amazing shampoo! My hair has gone from zero to hero combine all the 4's and you have my hair. Before this, it was dry, breaking, shedding and unmanageable. After the very first wash, my hair was transformed! Several weeks & washes later, I have achieved my dream of detangling IN THE SHOWER!! My hair has definition and noticeable curl patterns now. I can’t believe how moisturized my hair looked after my first wash. This Saturday will be my second time using the Shampoo and Conditioner so I am hoping for the same amazing results. I have low density 4b and patches of 4c hair. Just did the big chop 4 weeks ago. If you’re newly natural, I highly recommend you give these products a try.

Love, love, love the Avocado Infusion Shampoo it is fabulous! It smells wonderful and it is a great detangler. I use it before the Restorative Conditioner, which is fabulous too, and my hair detangles beautifully. I recommend both products it to anyone that has soft cotton like hair that does not want to see a lot of hair in her hair left in her paddle brush.
