Return/ Refund/Exchange policy
Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returned items that have been opened. Unopened products may be returned no later than 5 days after receipt of the product(s). All returned items must be unopened, unused and returned in the original container(s) in order to receive a refund or an exchange. Items will be inspected upon receipt and a determination will be made regarding eligibility for refund/exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless otherwise noted.
